Captain of the Year

Congratulations to Kelsey Weiss of Northern Highlands Regional High School, who was chosen as Bergen County's Recipient of the Captain of the Year Award! Kelsey will continue her education at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York.

NJ Express agrees to sponsor the "Captain of the Year" Award for Bergen County for the years 2007 through 2010.
